Getting Started

Talent Hunter is CodeTikki's free recruitment platform for hiring developers. You can post jobs, screen candidates with AI-powered resume analysis, run coding assessments, schedule interviews, and manage offers — all from a single dashboard.

How to create your account

Enter your details

Go to the registration page and fill in your name, work email, phone number, and a password. You must agree to the terms to continue.

Verify your email

We'll send an 8-digit code to your email. Enter it within 5 minutes. If you didn't receive it, you can resend after 30 seconds.

Access your dashboard

Once verified, you'll be logged in and taken to your recruiter dashboard. From here you can link companies, post jobs, and manage candidates.
Your session stays active for 24 hours. After that, you'll need to log in again.

Not every candidate makes it through. Here's how the side paths work:
